I am a Resource Teacher of Literacy working in the Waikato, NZ. I see literacy as being oral, visual and written and encompasses all our learning – not just the traditional reading and writing – as many seem to think. I love learning and love making learning meaningful for students and other teachers. I see this as our life and we need to love it too – it is not just about our students – it is about all of us.
